I’m a self-taught product designer, currently at Notion. Previously, I was a product designer at Palantir and Acorns, and a design fellow at IDEO.

Some things about me:

🏠 Korean-American, but grew up on a man-made island in Kobe, Japan.

📐 Big architecture geek after living in Los Angeles for 5 years. I was lucky enough to explore many of the case study houses and a few Lautner homes through an unforgettable class at USC called ARCH-444, Great Houses of Los Angeles. As much as I love architecture in Los Angeles, my all-time favorite architectural experience has to be visiting Naoshima and Teshima and meeting Tadao Ando in person (who turns out designed many of the buildings in my neighborhood in Japan earlier on in his career).

👕 I love fashion, and am always struggling to maintain the right balance between minimalism and collecting interesting pieces. I was also Everlane’s first intern back in 2013.

🏀 Big basketball and Warriors fan — play once a week, usually as shooting guard.
